Is the booking refundable?

If you cancel in D-3 or for force majeure reasons, payment will be fully refunded. You will lose all the payment that has been made if you cancel on the day of trip

How long is the charter?

On the Half day package you will explore the beautiful coastline of Bali on Sunrise or Sunset time. Departing from the harbor, you will explore the Serangan and Nusa Dua area.

We are located at Serangan harbor which is also the harbor our cruises disembark from.

Where will we go on the Half Day Package?

Can we go to other destinations like Banyuwangi, Lombok or Sumbawa?

What time do we depart and return?

Can we have a romantic dinner onboard?

Romantic dinner is not available due to the limited space for seating on vessels.

Can we go on a land tour?

Yes, we can arrange land tours on Nusa Penida from Toya Pakeh Harbor. These land tours will take between 3-4 hours with a private car with AC. For land tour options, please contact us directly for more details.

Who will be onboard?

Other than Queen Ruizi crews, there will be no one because we only offer exclusively private charters.

What kind of fishing can we do?

We provide fun/coral fishing equipment. If you need bottom, popping, jigging, or trolling, you can request an additional charge.

Will we see Manta Rays on Full day charter?

Manta season in Bali runs at its peak during the months of April and May, and sightings can be seen right through to September. However, if you’re lucky, you may see these majestic beauties outside of these months.

Can the boat pick us up at the beach near our hotel?

No, all charters depart from Serangan harbor. Pick-up and drop-off from your hotel or villa in a private air-conditioned vehicle are available to book. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough protected areas along the Bali coastline to safely offer beach pickups.

Is it safe for pregnant women to sail?

This should be discussed with your doctor. Please note weather conditions can vary on sailing and people can react differently to sea conditions. We have had many happy pregnant women onboard. We cannot recommend or not recommend this as each situation and individual is different.

Do we need to bring a passport onboard?

We require a copy of one person’s passport and the full names, nationalities and ages of all other passengers the day before sailing. Passports are not needed on the day of your cruise.

Can you arrange decorations for a private party?

Yes, we can, however we do recommend a professional party planner to assist and we’re happy to recommend some options on the island. If you would like to come early and set up your own decorations, that is also fine. If you require our team to do the decorations, we recommend setting a budget and providing a clear outline of what you require.

Can you provide a bartender and DJ?

Absolutely. Professional bartenders and party DJ are available for hire and we’re happy to provide it for you. Please contact us for their rate.

Can we rent for a photoshoot only?

Yes, photoshoot options are provided between the time of 5 am - 7 am. For pricing and availability please contact us directly.
